Robert J. Brubaker May 30, 1943 - May 24, 2005 SALEM, AL — Robert J. Brubaker, 61, of 529 Lee Road 339, Salem, died Tuesday, May 24, 2005 at his residence. Memorial services will be held 6:00 p.m. Thursday in the Chapel of Striffler-Hamby Mortuary, Phenix City. Visitation will be this evening from 6 to 9:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Mr. Brubaker was born May 30, 1943 in Mansfield, Ohio. He was awarded the Bronze Star for service in Vietnam. He was President and State Representative In-Country Vets Motorcycle Club, a member of the V.F.W. Post 3212, Valley, AL. Motorcycles encouraged group ride to Red Barn Phenix City, AL follow Survivors include two sons, Robert J. Brubaker, Jr., and Robert C. Brubaker; two daughters, Robin Beth Brubaker-Claxton and Donna J. Brubaker Zoll; grandchildren, Michael Phare, Jessica Phare Maldonado and Logan Ferris; a great grandchild, Gabriel L. Phare; and a close friend, Rae Rae Potter
